What You’ll Be Doing as AWS DevOps Engineer Tech Lead

  • Collaborating with development teams to design and optimize AWS cloud solutions.
  • Automating infrastructure provisioning using Ansible and Terraform.
  • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting AWS infrastructure for performance and reliability.
  • Ensuring compliance with security best practices using IAM, KMS and other AWS services.
  • Creating infrastructure as code (IaC) with CloudFormation or Terraform.
  • Driving continuous improvement by automating processes and refining workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Linux administration background and managing large-scale systems.
  • +10 years of experience in AWS infrastructure design and deployment.
  • Expertise in automation and configuration management with Ansible or Terraform.
  • Proficiency in Git-based version control (GitHub preferred).
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or similar tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical teams.
  • AWS certifications (DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
