The Team

LumApps is a leading French SaaS success story. We are accelerating our transformation, optimizing tooling and processes to ensure continued successful growth. We are seeking an IT G&A Application Manager to be central to LumApps' global scaling, enabling efficient operations across all G&A functions. This role will ensure support functions maximize the potential of our tech stack.

The Position

Within the IT G&A team, part of the CFO Office, the IT G&A Support & Evolution Manager, alongside a junior team member, is responsible for optimizing the usage of our G&A tech stack by functional teams including HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Corporate Operations. This role acts as the vital bridge—the functional translator—between our business teams and technical providers.

Missions

Support Users & System Evolution

  • Provide Expert Support: Offer second-level support for G&A application use across the G&A teams.
  • Coordinate with Integrators: Manage and coordinate with our integrators and G&A systems providers, addressing bugs and driving system enhancements.
  • Ensure Consistency & Data Integrity: Ensure master data is shared across all G&A systems and data flows smoothly without alteration.
  • Analyze Evolution Impact: Analyze all evolution requests with a holistic view of potential impacts on our G&A tech stack.

Improve our Systems & Participate in Strategic Initiatives

  • Shape the Future: Collect, analyze, challenge, and prioritize requests for finance system, process, and master data evolutions to maintain and continuously refine our G&A systems roadmap.
  • Lead Evolution Projects: Lead evolution projects in partnership with systems integrators/providers, in coordination with key users.
  • Participate in Strategic Initiatives: Play a key role in high-impact projects, including integrating newly acquired companies, implementing new tools (e.g., P2P, Travel & Expenses, CSR KPI’s management).

Role Context

The IT G&A team operates within a 3-level organization: Level 1 (functional key users), Level 2 (IT G&A Support & Evolution Manager), and Level 3 (software providers & resellers).

  • Key Users (Level 1): Manage demand, provide first-level support, prioritize evolution needs, perform quality control (UAT), and support change management and training.
  • IT G&A (Level 2): Responsible for preventive maintenance, training key users, supporting documentation, second-level support, deploying evolution requests, and detailed needs analysis for large projects.

Tech Stack

You will gain hands-on experience and provide support for:

  • ERPs: NetSuite, SAP ByD (SAP By Design) - Unification project launching in 2026.
  • ERP add-ons: ZoneCapture (AP Automation), ZoneReconcile (Bank Rec), ZoneSFTP, Celigo Cloud Extend.
  • Subscription management: ChargeBee.
  • EPM: Lucanet - New RFP in 2026.
  • HRIS/ATS: Lucca (incl. Expense Reports and Project Management), Teamtailor.
  • P2P & Travel: Spendesk, Egencia, Pivot (to be implemented).
  • Cash Management: Cobase.
  • Worksheets: Excel (with PowerQuery) and Google Sheets.
  • Legal: ContractWorks, DocuSign.
  • Others: Jira Service Management.

Skills

Your Background & Technical Skills (Must-Haves):

  • At least 5 years of experience in administrating G&A systems (ERP & Financial Systems Expertise: At least 3 years).
  • Business acumen: Good understanding of business processes, especially Accounting and Controlling principles.
  • Integrator Management: Demonstrated ability to challenge functional and financial proposals from financial system integrators.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French & English.

Your Background & Technical Skills (Nice-to-Haves):

  • SaaS Experience: Ideally, experience in a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • HRIS management: Experience administrating HR systems (Ideally Lucca).
  • Project manager experience: Experience leading G&A projects in an international & cross-functional environment.

Your Soft Skills:

  • Analytical & Problem Solver: Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail, adept at diagnosing complex issues and proposing practical solutions. Ability to maintain a global strategic perspective for scalable, long-term growth in a fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborative & Persuasive Communicator: Empathetic and persuasive, skilled at translating functional needs into efficient, scalable solutions. Acts as a trusted intermediary between functional teams, System Integrators, and technical experts. Builds strong cross-functional relationships, understands stakeholder constraints/objectives, and manages change effectively.
  • Proactive & Adaptable: Proactive in identifying and proposing solutions to problems or inefficiencies in a rapidly growing company. Navigates multiple priorities, focusing energy on the most impactful topics aligned with company strategy.
  • Tech-Fluent: Comfortable navigating multiple software, not intimidated by new interfaces, patient and empathetic with non-technical users.
