About the Role
The Senior Technology Manager - Digital Experiences is responsible for guiding and advancing digital platforms with emphasis on high-performance, engaging global web applications and supporting infrastructure. The role involves leading front-end engineering teams, establishing technical strategies, and ensuring scalability and optimal performance for a $3B+ e-commerce platform.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor front-end engineering teams.
- Establish technical strategy including framework selection and tooling.
- Advocate best practices in code quality and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to align capabilities.
- Measure key application metrics for executive reporting.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
- Optimize workflows for productivity and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Over 15 years of full stack software development experience.
- 5+ years of engineering leadership and delivery experience.
- Experience with budget management and technical strategy development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools.

Compensation and Benefits
lululemon offers a competitive salary with a typical range of $166,200 - $218,200 annually, bonus eligibility, extended health and dental benefits, paid time off, retirement plan matching, employee discounts, fitness classes, and extensive career development opportunities.
Workplace Arrangement
This role is hybrid, requiring in-person collaboration on-site at least 4 days per week.
