The Supply Chain Product Management team tackles complex challenges by partnering with business leaders to deliver high impact software products across the product lifecycle. The team fuels growth, drives innovation, and reduces environmental impact.
Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager Sustainability will lead a critical workstream for the Product Sustainable Claims Enablement Program. This role focuses on reducing lululemon’s environmental footprint through upstream supply chain initiatives, building systems and data infrastructure to verify and celebrate progress toward sustainability goals, and ensuring transparency with guests.
Core Responsibilities
- Align product strategy with broader supply chain capabilities.
- Define and execute Agile work sprints including epics and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and create MVPs.
- Lead product demos, testing, training, and sign-off processes.
- Mentor junior Product Managers and Analysts in agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years product management experience with technical product delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SQL skills preferred.

Location & Work Arrangement
This role is based in the business' center of gravity (Vancouver or Seattle) with mandatory on-site work (minimum 4 days per week).
Compensation & Benefits
The normal hiring range is $123,500 - $162,100 annually, with additional benefits including health, dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement savings matching, employee discount, fitness classes, and more.
