About the Team

The Engineering team builds secure, reliable, and high-performance technology solutions. Embracing Agile, DevOps, and SRE philosophies, the team collaborates with global business and architecture partners to drive lululemon’s business goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute to agile team projects with high revenue impact.
  • Mentor and train fellow engineers.
  • Delegate engineering assignments and ensure production readiness.
  • Conduct research for product troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Guide product development and tool selection.
  • Participate in on-call support and monitor key metrics.
  • Engage in engineering community practices and automation initiatives.
  • Support reliability monitoring to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of engineering experience in enterprise settings.
  • Expertise with React, JavaScript, Node.js, Webpack, Next.js and GraphQL.
  • Experience with micro frontend environments and design systems.
  • Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, IaC, proxy servers and application observability.
  • Experience in DevOps principles and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $123,500 - $162,100 annually, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including extended health, dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement savings matching, employee discount, fitness classes, parental benefits, and extensive professional development opportunities.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role requiring in-person collaboration onsite at least 4 days per week.
