The Product Integrity, Sustainability & Compliance Technology team empowers lululemon's supply chain from raw materials to finished goods through innovative technology solutions. This team focuses on responsible supply chain practices, superior product quality, and compliance.
Role Overview
As a Senior Architect II - Upstream Supply Chain Technology, you will work in a matrixed environment alongside business, engineering, program, UX and strategy peers to develop and deliver industry-leading technology solutions. You will support delivery teams with detailed solution roadmaps, partner closely with engineers and product management, communicate with key stakeholders, and drive architectural best practices across multiple capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop detailed solution roadmaps for defined capabilities.
- Partner with engineers and product management to ensure design expectations are met.
- Engage with other architects and leaders to drive integration and architectural alignment.
- Participate in design reviews, document future state architectures and provide clear communication of tradeoffs.
- Contribute to the Architecture Community of Practice through mentoring and coaching.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of software systems experience, mainly in cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP or Alibaba Cloud.
- Experience in designing secure, compliant cloud architectures and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with container technologies and data analytics/visualization solutions.
- Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The typical hiring range is $123,500 - $162,100 annually, with additional benefits including bonus programs, development opportunities, extended health and dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement matching, and various employee wellness perks.
Workplace Arrangement
This role is performed on-site at the Toronto Distribution Center with a minimum of 4 days per week in person.
