About the People Experience Support Role
The People Experience Support role is part of the People Experience Centre (PEC) which offers elevated, global service delivery. This team supports employees with information, transactional assistance, and issue resolution using both digital and human channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to ticket enquiries utilizing specialized knowledge of lululemon's people systems, processes, and programs.
- Collaborate with cross-team and cross-functional partners to resolve enquiries and co-create documentation.
- Process employee data changes within HRIS.
- Administer P&C programs and processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Train and coach new PEC team members and execute ad hoc assignments.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years experience in HR operations or customer service role.
- Experience supporting workforce enquiries related to people processes and systems.
- Familiarity with Workday, Avature, Docebo, and ServiceNow is an asset.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Additional Notes
Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.
Compensation and Benefits
lululemon’s compensation is pay-for-performance based. The typical hiring range is from $55,300 to $72,600 annually, based on market location and internal equity. Benefits include extended health and dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement savings matching, employee discounts, fitness classes, and numerous personal and career development programs.
Workplace Arrangement
This role requires in-person work with a minimum of 4 days onsite per week, as per the SSC Workplace Policy.
