Job Summary: Part-Time Educator
The Part-Time Educator role is fundamental to lululemon's success. As experts in delivering world-class customer service and guest experiences in our retail stores, Educators are responsible for engaging with and connecting with guests, providing top-quality product education, and authentically sharing insights about our community and culture.
Core Responsibilities
Guest (Customer) Experience and Community
- Interact with guests efficiently to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Assess guest needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
- Educate guests on product value, benefits, and technical aspects.
- Process transactions accurately, supporting seamless omnichannel experiences.
- Actively engage with guests on the floor, addressing various store needs.
- Gather guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
- Inform guests about local community programs and initiatives.
- Plan and execute local and regional community projects.
Working With Others
- Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment, celebrating diversity.
- Build supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
- Collaborate to ensure optimal guest experiences and operational support.
Operations
- Execute product presentation tasks like restocking and merchandising.
- Utilize in-store technology for operations and positive guest experiences.
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain a luxury store environment.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures for a secure workplace.
- Conduct work in compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.

Job Requirements
Eligibility
- Legally eligible to work in the assigned store's jurisdiction.
Availability
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Other Willingness Requirements
- Willingness to be on the store floor for most of the shift, assisting guests.
- Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Assets (Nice-to-Have)
- Education: High School or Secondary School diploma equivalent or above.
