Job Summary
The Guest Experience Lead ensures every guest receives a quality in-store experience by providing technical product education and overseeing team performance. They lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty and contribute to daily sales and store readiness.
Core Responsibilities
- Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life on the floor.
- Provide technical product education to meet unique guest needs.
- Lead as Supervisor on Duty during shifts.
- Prepare the store and maintain operational excellence.
- Interpret daily business data to drive sales and motivate the team.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and productive team environment.
Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
- Reliable transportation to the assigned store.
- Availability for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum 1 year of retail/customer experience with some leadership abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay ranges from $23.75 to $27.33/hour with a target bonus of $2.00/hour, leading to a total range of $25.75 to $29.33/hour.
