Job Summary

The Educator Seasonal role is foundational to lululemon’s success in delivering world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. As an Educator Seasonal, you will engage with guests, provide technical product education, and embody our community and culture.

Requirements

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the store's country, at least 18 years old, and possess proof of right to work. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Must be willing to work in a dynamic retail environment and perform physical tasks up to 30 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits

Base hourly pay ranges from $19.25 to $22.15 with a target bonus of $2.00 per hour. Additional benefits include extended health, dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement plan matching, employee discount, fitness classes, and professional development opportunities.
