About the Data Scientist - Guest Analytics Role
This position is part of the guest analytics team aiming to drive transformative guest experiences using data insights. The role involves end-to-end advanced analytics projects including building tools and generating stakeholder insights.
Core Responsibilities
- Leverage statistical techniques like regression and cohort analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize predictive models.
- Forecast store sales, traffic, and other KPIs.
- Quantify guest LTV impacts and define technical infrastructure needs.
- Lead cross-functional projects with strong communication.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, statistics, or engineering.
- Experience in supervised learning, time-series and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Git, and Databricks.
- Familiarity with unsupervised algorithms and recommendation systems.

Additional Information
Authorization to work in Canada is required. The role is hybrid with in-person collaboration required for at least 4 days per week.
Compensation & Benefits
The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 to $138,800 annually. Benefits include extended health and dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement matching, employee discount, fitness & yoga classes, parenthood top-up, and extensive professional development offerings.
