Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Guest Experience is a vital member of the store leadership team at lululemon. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role focuses on ensuring every guest receives a quality experience by leading on the floor, building and developing the team, and managing day-to-day operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create and foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.
  • Lead dynamically on the floor to address guest and business needs.
  • Engage with team members to connect their work with store success.
  • Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding to build a diverse team.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance management for staff growth.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by assessing guest connection and product education.
  • Address guest feedback, escalating issues and ensuring resolutions.
  • Manage sell-through, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising compliance.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.

Job Requirements

Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the store location and have reliable transportation.

Schedule/Availability: Full-time, 38 hours per week with a varied schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience: At least 1 year of people management and leadership experience, including managing business operations and team projects.

Nice to Have: Retail or sales management experience, recruiting/hiring experience, and a high school diploma or above.

Work Context
