In a nutshell

The Communications Specialist is responsible for the execution of communication plans to enhance the brand’s internal and external messaging. This role emphasizes managing internal and external communication channels, optimizing communication methods via testing, and ensuring consistent and impactful messaging that aligns with organizational goals.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

Communication operations
  • Executes comprehensive communication plans aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Oversees messaging across various external and internal digital communication channels.
  • Supports the management of various internal and external communication channels.
  • Executes the testing & scheduling of communications, ensuring content is tested and launched on time, within scope, and aligned with specified objectives.
  • Produces copies or simple visuals on occasion that follow brand guidelines.
Workload coordination & leadership
  • Leads the ideation of high-quality, engaging content in collaboration with copywriters, designers, and other marketing team members.
  • Ensures messaging across communication channels aligns with campaign goals and players perspective.
  • Proofreads materials to maintain consistency and professionalism.
  • Directly coordinates the workload of up to two junior team members, ensuring alignment with priorities, timely execution and performance quality.
  • Assumes the responsibilities of the Communications Manager during temporary absences, ensuring continuity of work.
Technical and A/B testing
  • Plans and executes A/B testing for communication content to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Tests and optimizes communications for different email clients, browsers, devices, etc. to ensure mobile responsiveness.
  • Assesses and ensures a seamless experience across various devices.
  • Monitors and maintains high sender/IP/domain reputation.
  • Oversees SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, proactively resolving email deliverability issues.
  • Provides regular updates on the status of communication channels and cooperates with the developer team on potential troubleshooting when necessary.
Performance analysis and optimization
  • Monitors key metrics such as open rates, conversion rates, and overall engagement.
  • Collects data and cooperates with CRM and Content Analyst regularly on reports and analysis to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
  • Uses insights from data to refine communication tactics.
Industry knowledge and best practices
  • Monitors trends and advancements in communication practices and tools.
  • Conducts regular competitor analyses to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Ensures compliance with communication regulations and ethical guidelines.

All you need is…

  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a communications role.
  • Near-native or native proficiency in English.
  • Proven ability to execute impactful communication strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure communication effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of both technical (IP Reputation, DMARC authentication etc) and content (Image to text ratio, Spam triggers etc) email deliverability principles.
  • Expertise in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to experiment with new ideas based on data insights.
