What We Do
Lucidity provides an automated NoOps disk auto-scaler for cloud storage across AWS, Azure, and GCP. It addresses over-provisioned block storage by dynamically scaling capacity, increasing disk utilization to around 80% from 25-35%, resulting in cost reductions of up to 70% for businesses.

Technology is at the heart of our organization. As part of the tech team you will:
- Understand product requirements and brainstorm ways to address them.
- Build features from scratch and have complete ownership for it.
- Deliver efficient, reliable, scalable code with high automated test coverage.
- Contribute to team decisions in the overall architecture and practices of the company.
What You'll Do
- Build and set up new development tools and infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, benchmarking platforms, and automated test environments.
- Set up Observability tools for gathering metrics, logs, and traces to provide deep system insights.
- Design and implement ways to automate and improve development and release processes across the organization.
- Work on systems setup to ensure the infrastructure meets rigorous security compliance standards such as SOC 2, VAPT, etc.
- Architect security measures to ensure that systems are safe and resilient against sophisticated cybersecurity threats.
- Collaborate with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and operates at scale.
- Build custom tools to reduce occurrences of errors and dashboards to measure system availability metrics.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Design and document comprehensive procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
What You'll Need
- 2–6 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a senior software engineering role.
- Strong understanding and skills on Linux based systems.
- Expertise in Container ecosystem tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes, EKS, or AKS.
- Proficient in architecting within at least one Cloud platform like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Extensive working experience with IaC tools like Terraform for managing infrastructure.
- Experience in CI/CD tools like Harness, ArgoCD, etc.
- Proficient with Git and advanced Git workflows (branching strategies, hooks, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving attitude with a focus on long-term system stability.
- Collaborative team spirit.
