Overview
Lucid Motors is pioneering luxury electric vehicles. As a Staff Test and Validation Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of innovative test methodologies for drive unit components in the EV industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive new test methodologies.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans (DVP, PVP).
- Focus on technical validation using dyno systems and AVL Puma.
- Manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
- Implement best practices in testing and FMEA participation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years testing and validation experience in automotive or EV industries.
- Proven expertise in drive units and powertrain testing.
- Experience with NI LabVIEW, NI hardware, and test automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range of $161,900 to $237,380 USD with robust benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, 401k, and potential equity participation.
