Overview

Lucid Motors is pioneering luxury electric vehicles. As a Staff Test and Validation Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of innovative test methodologies for drive unit components in the EV industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive new test methodologies.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans (DVP, PVP).
  • Focus on technical validation using dyno systems and AVL Puma.
  • Manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Implement best practices in testing and FMEA participation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years testing and validation experience in automotive or EV industries.
  • Proven expertise in drive units and powertrain testing.
  • Experience with NI LabVIEW, NI hardware, and test automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range of $161,900 to $237,380 USD with robust benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, 401k, and potential equity participation.
