Role Overview
As the Staff Analyst, Risk Compliance Financial Services, you will be a key contributor to building a world-class Risk & Compliance function within Lucid Financial Services, focusing on Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Fraud Prevention.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Sales teams to manage financial partner obligations.
- Conduct impact assessments and support data subject rights requests.
- Lead programs to educate on cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance.
- Build risk-aligned monitoring programs, investigate breaches, and support remediation efforts.
- Produce health metrics, strategic reports, and advise on risk for new products.
- Implement, test, and mature controls to prevent fraud and compliance violations.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding of compliance obligations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor promoting a cohesive risk culture across business units.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a cybersecurity, privacy, and fraud governance expert with over 3 years of experience in Risk & Compliance roles, preferably within Auto Finance. A deep understanding of US and international privacy laws and regulatory guidelines is essential. Strong communication skills, project management experience, and a data analytics background are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Luxury & EV segment.
- Experience with international markets including Europe & Middle East.
- Certification such as ACAMS, CRCM or equivalent.
Work Arrangement & Location
This role is based onsite in our Phoenix, AZ office with flexibility to work 1-2 days remotely.
