Key Responsibilities

You will lead end-to-end project management across multiple digital workstreams using Agile Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint ceremonies, tracking project progress with dashboards, and providing executive risk reports. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Content Managers, and Engineering leaders to refine backlogs and prioritize features.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain agile practices
• Create project plans and track progress via dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value
• Manage risks and communicate updates to stakeholders

What You Have

Minimum 4 years in program management in digital environments, expertise in Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), strong organizational skills, and proven success in CI/CD environments. A degree or equivalent experience is required. Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP are preferred.
