Role Overview: Enterprise AI Architect

The Enterprise AI Architect is a strategic, hands-on leader who partners with IT, Product, and Business leaders to unlock enterprise value through AI. This role shapes the end-to-end strategy from opportunity discovery to production-scale delivery while establishing governance, standards, and best practices.

You Will

  • Design and implement AI capabilities across major Enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Define enterprise-wide AI reference architecture and maturity models.
  • Guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Establish MLOps foundations including CI/CD, feature stores, and observability.
  • Collaborate with Security & Legal on compliance and model risk.
  • Publish AI impact scorecards connecting technical metrics to business KPIs.
  • Mentor teams and lead workshops for upskilling engineers and stakeholders.

You Bring

  • 10+ years in enterprise architecture/software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML.
  • Proven success operationalizing AI in multiple domains.
  • Mastery of modern AI stack (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, vector search, cloud AI platforms).
  • Deep knowledge of data architecture and integration tooling.
  • Strong governance skills over model lifecycle, data privacy, and AI ethics.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field (bonus for automotive experience).
