  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks across sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer flow; collaborate on streamlining tools, templates, and workflows to improve speed-to-offer. Recommend improvements to postings, messaging, and sourcing channels, using data from decline/drop-off trends to refine approach and enhance candidate engagement.
