The Role
This role is designed for a Junior Technical Service Engineer focused on ERP integration, SQL databases, and ETL processes. As part of our Technical Customer Onboarding Team, you will ensure smooth implementation and ongoing technical support for our international customer base.
What You Will Do
- Lead technical customer onboarding and ERP integration.
- Install, configure, and manage Lucanet software components and SQL databases.
- Advise customers on implementations and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues collaboratively.
- Improve onboarding processes through documentation and best practices.
What You Bring
- Experience in technical service or implementation roles in ERP/SaaS.
- Strong SQL skills and database troubleshooting expertise.
- Experience with ERP systems, ETL tools, and Windows Server environments.
- Professional customer communication skills in German and English.
