Your Mission

We are seeking an Automation Architect to design advanced automation solutions, integrating RPA and AI technologies for one of our clients. This role involves transforming business processes into complete, scalable, and development-ready technical architectures, ensuring high quality, security, and client environment adherence.

You will be instrumental in defining end-to-end automation solutions, partnering with business and engineering teams to build robust, intelligent, and production-ready systems.

Key Activities

• Translate business processes (BPMN, flows, etc.) into detailed, build-ready technical architectures.
• Design automation solutions using RPA and AI/LLMs, defining integrations, orchestration, and dependencies.
• Evaluate client technical environments, identifying architectural constraints and opportunities.
• Define architecture, security, scalability, and governance standards for solutions.
• Design system integrations (APIs, microservices, middleware, events, etc.).
• Conduct technical workshops and architecture sessions with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Act as a technical reference during development, ensuring adherence to the proposed architecture.
• Define and implement best practices for security, privacy (PII), and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOC2).
• Design and structure solutions with AI (LLMs), including guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
• Support and mentor technical teams, fostering architectural standards and maturity.

Essential Requirements

• +7 years of experience in solution architecture, intelligent automation, or enterprise systems.
• Solid experience with RPA at scale (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar).
• Experience designing complete architectures, from discovery to production.
• Experience integrating AI/LLMs into solutions (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of integrations (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture).
• Experience evaluating complex technical environments and proposing suitable solutions.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance.
• Experience conducting technical workshops and defending architectural decisions.
• Fluent English for international stakeholder interaction.

Nice to Have

• Experience with concepts like RAG, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop.
• Experience with OCR, NLP, or other applied AI technologies.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments (CRM, ERP, legacy systems).
• Previous involvement in projects with strong regulatory requirements.
