Job Description
Project Manager
LTM is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in London, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Onboarding Intake Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including partners and customers, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Engage with customers to understand requirements, secure commitments, and manage expectations throughout the intake phase. Develop and maintain project plans with timelines and milestones aligned to customer needs. Coordinate and track intake activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Financial Assessment Compliance: Review partner Statements of Work (SOWs) and perform financial assessments to validate funding requests. Provide guidance on funding eligibility and ensure alignment with ECIFMACC guidelines.
- Execution Readiness Governance: Facilitate RACI discussions with partners and internal teams to define roles and responsibilities. Set up governance processes for execution, ensuring clarity and accountability across stakeholders. Monitor onboarding progress, identify risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies.
- Communication Reporting: Conduct regular status meetings with customers and internal teams, documenting decisions, action items, and follow-ups. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and deliver reports on project performance, risks, and insights for leadership and partners.
- Continuous Improvement Best Practices: Contribute to the enhancement of onboarding processes and project management methodologies. Stay current with industry trends, Azure migration practices, and customer-centric approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Azure Migration or Cloud Migration projects.
- Strong understanding of presales processes and partner engagement models.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial documents and SOWs.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Azure certifications will be preferred.
- Knowledge of RACI frameworks and governance models.
