The NLP Team Leader role at LSEG involves leading teams to productionise AI solutions in financial markets. You will drive high-impact, scalable AI projects and collaborate with brilliant data scientists and engineers to deliver innovative products.

Role Summary

This position combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight. You will manage project timelines, set quality coding standards, and ensure AI models and solutions meet business objectives and production standards.

What You'll Be Doing

Design, develop, and deploy production-level AI models; tune and optimize models for performance; evaluate third-party AI solutions; and set model evaluation standards. Collaborate closely with business and engineering partners to define requirements and establish development roadmaps.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience in productionising AI solutions.
  • Strong data analysis skills and foundation in probability.
  • Expertise in Python and key machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and deployment practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Desirable Skills

Working knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
