About the FX Operations Support Role

Join our dynamic global team and play a meaningful role in supporting trading operations in the AMERS region. As a FX Operations Support, you will provide technical and functional assistance for our trading application and infrastructure, collaborating with investment banks, internal teams, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with internal teams and external partners.
  • Document inquiries, investigations, and resolutions in Salesforce CRM.
  • Guide clients through system functionality and workflows.
  • Identify and raise critical issues with potential P/L or franchise risk.
  • Maintain understanding of financial markets, industry trends, and trading workflows.
  • Support knowledge management by documenting solutions and insights.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience in high-pressure customer support, preferably in Investment Banking or Asset Management. Familiarity with full trade lifecycle, FIX, and SWIFT protocols. Ability to collaborate with development teams and resolve incidents logically and analytically.

Compensation & Benefits

Anticipated base salary range: $78,600 - $131,200, eligibility for Annual Incentive Plan and comprehensive benefits programs including healthcare, retirement, paid time-off, and more.
