About the Role: Customer Success Manager at LSEG
This role encompasses relationship management, client education, and deep expertise in trading workflows. You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of accounts, ensuring the successful adoption, retention, and expansion of LSEG's Trading Desktop solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and hard-working professional to join our Customer Success Team, specializing in Equities (EQ), Fixed Income (FI), and Foreign Exchange (FX).
As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to trading clients, guiding them in utilizing our products to navigate financial markets, meet regulatory requirements, and efficiently run their Sales & Trading business. A strong background in Corporate Treasury workflow is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy for users across diverse accounts.
- Oversee customer health, adoption metrics, renewals, and the successful implementation of customer success plans.
- Deliver highly engaging, customized product demonstrations tailored to user workflows and specific requirements.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, providing insights on customer health, with a focus on adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and managing renewals.
- Offer insights to Market Development, Customer Operations, and Customer Proposition, conveying the voice of the customer to inform business strategy and industry trends.
- Proactively engage and cultivate deep relationships with key customer stakeholders to advise on engagement strategy and foster customer advocates.
- Participate in industry events alongside the team to champion networking, enhance brand presence, and stay current with industry trends.
- Contribute to the overall vision and strategy of the Customer Success Management Group.
- Develop innovative approaches to engage with and contribute to customers’ businesses through LSEG products and services.
What We're Looking For
- Strong programming skills in Excel VBA, Python, and C++ (highly important).
- A keen interest in automation, data analysis, and software development.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Solid financial markets knowledge, ideally across EQ, FI, and FX.
- A deep understanding of the Sales and Trading markets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Treasury workflow.
- Proficiency in using data for decision-making, interpreting data sets to analyze trends, simplifying complex problems, and articulating thoughts clearly.
- Ability to challenge team members and be open to being challenged, providing and receiving feedback to achieve team goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and rapidly-changing market.
- Experience in client-facing roles such as account management and/or relationship management within the Trading Workflow (EQ/FI/FX).
- Requires up to 80% international mobility to German-speaking countries.
