Role Description

As a graduate in the Customer Success Team, you will help ensure that LSEG customers achieve their business goals by driving the value of LSEG’s solutions. You will collaborate with the wider account team to reduce competitive risk, identify growth opportunities, and execute end-user training plans, while representing the Voice of the end-user internally.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Master’s student (or recent graduate, class of 2025).
  • Demonstrable interest in financial markets through studies, work, or extracurricular activities.
  • Curiosity for data and the ability to analyze and derive conclusions.
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligibility to work in the US without restrictions for the programme duration, joining permanently from day one.

Recruitment Process

Applicants will submit a resume, complete an untimed Immersive Online Assessment, followed by a video interview and a final half-day virtual assessment centre.
