Associate, Account Management at LSEG
The Markets FX Sales team at LSEG FX is at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge FX Trading solutions. Our comprehensive products encompass an end-to-end FX trading ecosystem, covering the entire trade lifecycle from pre-trade analytics and trade execution to post-trade compliance and clearing.
LSEG FX boasts award-winning FX Trading Venues, connecting over 2,400 institutions with more than 200 liquidity providers. These venues support FX spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs, and options across over 500 currency pairs. Based in New York, this Sales position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact global financial markets!
What you will do:
- Drive revenues linked to FX Trading volume through effective management of existing client accounts.
- Deliver new sales revenues by acquiring new clients.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to boost product adoption.
- Steer the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Support business growth and maintain high customer satisfaction for newly onboarded clients.
What we are looking for:
- A proven track record in Sales & Account Management within Financial Markets.
- A high-performing, motivated individual capable of delivering FX platform sales to US Hedge Funds.
- A strategic problem solver with a passion for leveraging growth opportunities within both existing and new client accounts.
- Ability to navigate complex situations and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
What You Need:
Financial & Market Knowledge: Educational and ideally practical experience with FX fundamentals or related asset classes (Equities/Fixed Income) is essential. Knowledge of the Primary/Secondary FX Markets, along with experience selling established software and/or information services within the Foreign Exchange financial community, is a significant advantage.
Account Management: A core understanding of Account Planning, forecasting, and sales engagement, coupled with a growth mindset to drive revenues.
New Business Sales: A strong drive to seek and deliver revenues through new logo Hedge Fund sales.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required; proficiency in other languages is a strong plus.
The ideal candidate will be a highly professional, self-motivated, and organized individual with a strong sales and client service orientation.
Education: Bachelor's (BA/BS or University) degree is required.

Compensation & Benefits:
LSEG offers competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $59,200 - $98,800, with individual salary reflecting job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan, commensurate with the Associate career stage. Benefits include an Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan with Company match, basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, and adoption assistance, among others.
