Report Reviewer

LRQA is seeking a diligent Report Reviewer to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our responsible sourcing assessment reports, ensuring they meet client expectations and internal quality benchmarks, particularly concerning environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. The position can be based in Delhi or Mumbai, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review responsible sourcing assessment reports and documents for consistency, accuracy, and completeness against company and client requirements.
  • Process and deliver reviewed reports to clients, including uploading them into client-specific systems or databases.
  • Archive reports in the company database, assigning a quality rating.
  • Liaise with auditors to clarify report details and provide constructive feedback on quality deficiencies.
  • Coordinate with responsible sourcing managers or program support for updates on specific client requirements.
  • Take full ownership and accountability for the timely and efficient processing of assigned reports.
  • Escalate report quality issues to relevant managers and QA teams promptly.
