About The Opportunity
A growing software company operating across Canada is seeking a Director, Professional Services to lead the Professional Services pyramid management group. The company specializes in SaaS-based software solutions with a global client-base and offers competitive compensation, bonus structures, and perks.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Degree/Diploma in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.
- Over 4 years of leadership experience in a professional services capacity in a software/SaaS environment.
- 8+ years of professional services experience managing client-focused, technical projects.
- Strong Agile project management experience with tools such as MS Project, Office 365, and Salesforce.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead remote teams effectively.
About the Job
This role offers a salary range of $140,000 to $160,000, complemented by generous bonus structures and a competitive benefits package. Although the company is 100% remote-friendly, only candidates residing within Ontario are eligible.
