Loyal To Cumbria is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Operations Analyst Entry-Level to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Data Integrity: Accurately enter, update, and maintain operational data across various internal systems and databases. Review and validate data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, performing routine audits to ensure data integrity. Maintain organized digital files, logs, and tracking spreadsheets and process operational records within established timelines.
- Operational Analysis & Reporting: Compile data from multiple sources for reporting. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity metrics. Identify trends, discrepancies, and potential inefficiencies, and support dashboard updates and basic data visualization tasks.
- Process Support & Improvement: Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs). Document workflow updates, assist in process mapping, and recommend improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency. Support quality assurance initiatives and compliance tracking.
- Communication & Collaboration: Provide regular updates on task progress and reporting timelines. Participate actively in virtual team meetings and cross-functional projects. Respond promptly to internal data-related inquiries and escalate operational or system issues when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with basic data interpretation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and secure home workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or prior experience in data entry, operations, or analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or workflow management systems.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
