Your Day at Lowe's
In this role, you welcome customers, assist in locating merchandise, process orders, cross-train in various departments, and perform additional store duties according to needs. You may work in departments including Electrical, Appliances, Hardware, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional service.
- Assist with locating and handling merchandise.
- Restock shelves by identifying gaps.
- Process orders and deliveries accurately.
- Train across departments to enhance customer service.
- Prepare merchandise based on customer needs.
- Guide customers through shopping and checkout.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months computer experience.
- Experience with retail technology.
- Basic arithmetic and literacy skills.
- Ability to lift 25lbs (or over with accommodation).
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail and customer service experience.
- Bilingual skills.
- Trade certification in relevant department.
