Your Day at Lowe's

You will work remotely handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating schedules, troubleshooting issues using various tech tools and documenting interactions precisely using systems like Installation Management System, myRedVest, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls to support installation jobs.
  • Make outbound calls for updates and job information.
  • Coordinate with customers, service providers, and stores.
  • Schedule projects and confirm service provider compliance.
  • Document all interactions using designated technology tools.
  • Resolve work order issues and manage cost assessments.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer-facing experience. A bachelor's degree, project coordination experience, or contact center experience is preferred.

Working Conditions
