Job Functions
- Consult with Division Director on HR-related issues.
- Lead and communicate business strategy effectively.
- Act as an employee champion and change agent.
- Execute COE programs across the division.
- Handle complex employee relations, terminations, counseling, coaching, and documentation.
- Interpret HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Link management and employees by resolving work-related problems.
- Manage HR investigations, disciplinary processes, and exit interviews.
- Collaborate with recruiters and support staffing functions.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years HR experience.
- Preferred 5+ years multi-unit, retail, or restaurant industry experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR specific software.
- Strong presentation, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid driver license and willingness for weekly and overnight travel.
