Job Functions
- Develop, document, and execute strategies for digital CX products
- Lead multiple marketing product teams with an agile environment
- Collaborate with IT and business groups for enhanced customer engagement
- Manage a data-driven product roadmap with agile teams and third-party platforms
- Monitor KPIs: customer satisfaction scores, adoption rates, revenue growth
- Negotiate technology contracts and manage associated costs
- Advise executives while working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Stay updated with digital trends and compliance regulations
Experience and Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, Marketing or equivalent experience; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferred. A minimum of 6+ years in product management or digital strategy roles is required. Certifications such as CSPO or PMP are a plus.
