Overview

The Manager, Digital Product Strategy at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is responsible for developing, documenting, and executing strategies that drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance digital customer experience (CX) products. Job Functions

  • Develop, document, and execute strategies for digital CX products
  • Lead multiple marketing product teams with an agile environment
  • Collaborate with IT and business groups for enhanced customer engagement
  • Manage a data-driven product roadmap with agile teams and third-party platforms
  • Monitor KPIs: customer satisfaction scores, adoption rates, revenue growth
  • Negotiate technology contracts and manage associated costs
  • Advise executives while working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Stay updated with digital trends and compliance regulations

Experience and Qualifications

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, Marketing or equivalent experience; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferred. A minimum of 6+ years in product management or digital strategy roles is required. Certifications such as CSPO or PMP are a plus.
