Welcome to Love's: Our IT Retail Services team is hiring an Automation Engineer II to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts ensuring the highest quality in our software products.

Job Functions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve test automation issues.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure software meets quality standards.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports.
  • Integrate automation scripts into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Participate in code reviews and share best practices.
  • Utilize AI tools and machine learning models for anomaly detection in test failures.
  • Maintain documentation for automation processes.
  • Support broader team and enterprise initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience & Hard Skills:

  • 2+ years as an Automation Engineer or similar role.
  • Experience with tools like UiPath, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or Appium.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Java, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Understanding of object-oriented design principles.

Soft Skills & Education:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing demands.
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Certifications & Physical Demands

Preferred certifications include UI Path Test Manager, Tricentis Tosca, Appium, or Selenium. Physical demands include prolonged sitting, occasional lifting, and screen-based work.
