Ski & Ride School Private Lesson Program Supervisor
Type: Seasonal – Full-Time. Schedule: Weekends and holidays required. Pay: Starts at $23.00/hr based on skills and experience.
Summary
Provide high quality leadership, direction, training, and support to staff. Ensure safety and fun are top priorities while managing lift and uphill conveyance operations.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate staffing levels to meet program needs and financial goals.
- Assess daily customer bookings and adjust instructor assignments.
- Communicate with instructors to manage schedules and procedures.
- Conduct training on skiing techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Support multiple operational roles including facility setup and equipment management.
- Offer ongoing feedback, coaching, and end of season evaluations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-years experience and PSIA/AASI Level 1 Certification (Level 2 preferred).
- Strong communication, physical stamina (lifting up to 50lbs), and advanced skiing skills.
- Basic computer skills; training provided on Siriusware systems.
