Snowboard Program Supervisor
Loveland Ski Area is seeking a seasonal, full-time Snowboard Program Supervisor to lead the Ski & Ride School Snowboard Program. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and advanced snowboarding skills to ensure a safe, fun, and educational experience for guests and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and training to assigned staff.
- Oversee daily staffing and instructor assignments.
- Conduct instructor training sessions using Loveland training materials.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Support various operational roles including lift operations and facility maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years in a PSIA/AASI Member School environment; supervisory experience preferred.
- PSIA/AASI Level 1 Certification required; Level 2 preferred.
- Advanced skiing/snowboarding skills and basic computer proficiency.
