Job Title: Ski & Ride School 4-6 Children’s Program Supervisor
Type of Position: Seasonal – Full-Time
Schedule: Weekends and holidays required.
Pay Rate: Starts at $23.00/hr., based on skills and experience.
Overview
If you have a passion for leadership and want to make a positive difference in someone’s experience in the snowy outdoors, this is the role for you.
Essential Functions
- Provide leadership, training, and support to staff.
- Ensure safe and efficient use of lifts and uphill conveyance devices.
- Coordinate with peers and instructors to maintain program quality.
- Conduct instructor training, assessments, and evaluations.
- Oversee Children’s Center operations and support various roles as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in a PSIA/AASI Member School; supervisory experience preferred.
- PSIA/AASI Level 1 Certification required (Level 2 preferred).
- Advanced skiing skills and ability to communicate with all ages.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks under extreme weather conditions.
- Basic computer skills, with training provided on Siriusware systems.
