Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities via outbound sales and email campaigns.
- Lead strategic conversations with senior decision-makers in the health and fitness industry.
- Deliver engaging, value-led product demos of an AI-driven platform.
- Manage multiple concurrent sales opportunities and drive them to close.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and pipeline building activities.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Accurately forecast and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
About You
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales.
- Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers and C-suite clients.
- Confident in delivering high-impact software demos tailored to customer pain points.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and self-motivation.
- Bonus if experienced or passionate about fitness and wellness industry.
What’s Included
- Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 USD base
- Bonus: 40% performance-based bonus structure
