Founding Account Executive at Lovable
Lovable is seeking a Founding GTM (Account Executive) to lead our growth by introducing our AI-powered software creation platform to startups and enterprises globally. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, effectively communicating our value proposition to convert prospects into customers.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in closing mid-market or enterprise SaaS deals.
- Demonstrated track record in full-cycle selling, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical and product concepts into clear business value.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder deals involving product, engineering, and leadership teams.
- A builder mindset, eager to contribute to shaping Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and systems in a rapidly scaling organization.
- High curiosity and a drive to deeply understand Lovable’s product, leading interactions with insightful perspectives.
- Comfort and adaptability in ambiguous, high-growth environments that demand speed and accuracy.
- Bonus: Experience selling AI or developer tools, or working with product-led growth models.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles with exceptional precision, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Develop strategic account plans to identify opportunities, map stakeholders, and drive expansion.
- Conduct impactful demos and discovery sessions, customizing value propositions for both technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high retention rates.
- Create ROI-driven business cases that align Lovable’s capabilities with tangible customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting discipline for all active deals.
- Utilize insights from customer interactions to influence product roadmap and GTM strategies.
- Champion the development of a repeatable, data-driven GTM motion as we scale from startups to enterprise clients.
