The Team
Within LV_NEO, you will join the Distribution & Finance department and more specifically the Traceability & Blockchain pole, within our Front / Retail activity.
Job Responsibilities
Let's take a closer look at what awaits you:
- Lead strategic Retail Traceability projects related to RFID (operations, inventories, localization), DPP (Digital Product Passport), and Blockchain technologies (scoping, design, deployment, run).
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs in conjunction with worldwide Retail teams.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with IT teams and external partners.
- Manage the testing, deployment, and performance monitoring phases of new solutions.
- Understand and coordinate the flows and interconnections of information systems.
- Work in close collaboration with technical teams (engineering, developers, QA), RFID suppliers, integrators, and data teams.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and committees with stakeholders, ensuring clear and educational communication, including for non-technical audiences.
Profile
About you:
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent University.
- You have at least 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager, ideally acquired in a similar environment.
- You possess a good understanding of the challenges related to Blockchain and complex IT ecosystems, and you master methodologies for gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business needs, in close liaison with demanding departments.
- You master solutions related to RFID & NFC.
- You are recognized for your communication skills and excellent interpersonal qualities to interact within a vast ecosystem.
- You are fluent in English and French, both orally and in writing.
- You are sensitive to the luxury universe and meet the competencies that this environment implies: excellence, rigor, attention to detail, creativity.
