The Team
Within the Customer Solutions department, you will join our Advanced Services for Customers division, specifically the team responsible for developing personalized product configurators. Reporting to the team manager, you will support Louis Vuitton in its transversal transformation.
Job Responsibilities
Let's take a closer look at what awaits you:
- Lead strategic product customization projects and ensure the delivery of an omnichannel solution.
- Build, manage, and evolve the current roadmap, seeking innovation and continuous improvement while considering technical constraints.
- Collect, qualify, and analyze business needs in conjunction with operational marketing & merchandising teams, digital design, and our 3D editor.
- Translate needs into product deliverables: functional specifications, epics/features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
- Lead the execution of your technical squad (build & deployment), and coordinate the roadmap in close collaboration with transversal squads.
- Oversee the quality of deployments, testing phases, and the QA strategy: automated and manual testing.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and committees with stakeholders, ensuring clear and educational communication, including with non-technical audiences.
Profile
About you:
- You hold a Bac +5 degree from an Engineering School or equivalent University.
- You have at least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, including at least one significant experience within an IT department, in managing transversal or omnichannel projects in complex application environments.
- You are recognized for your excellent understanding of complex and interconnected IT architectures and solutions.
- You are proficient in Agile practices and know how to establish an effective delivery framework (Scrum/Kanban, backlog management, prioritization, rituals, release planning, continuous improvement, data-driven steering, etc.).
- You are comfortable with Jira tools (roadmap, backlog, boards, releases, dashboards, reporting) and ServiceNow (incidents/requests/problems, SLA, RCA, change if applicable).
- You are recognized for your leadership, your ability to communicate, your autonomy, and your ability to drive projects in transversal and international environments.
- You are attentive to the specific challenges of different business units (e-retail, retail, marketing, merchandising, manufacturing, etc.).
- You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
