As an Operations Associate, you will secure back-of-house efficiency by supporting the team in providing efficient service to clients and ensuring all processes are completed in line with the brand's high standards. This role involves:

- Client Care and Alterations when applicable
Profile
The ideal candidate has retail operations experience, is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Luxury retail experience is preferred.
