About The Job

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Women's Ready to Wear. In this role, you will be an integral member of the Women's Universe with a focus on strategies for the Americas zone. You will support and drive merchandising strategies, product expertise, and market trend analysis under managerial guidance.

Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Driving overarching Women's Ready to Wear strategies and priorities.
  • Supporting collection launch plans and creating retail/merchandising tools.
  • Compiling retail feedback, display imagery, and competitive analysis.
  • Maintaining routine reporting and assisting with ad hoc analysis.
  • Coordinating community calls and managing the WRTW Americas chat.
  • Supporting stock rebalances, event sales support, and inventory management.
  • Participating in Paris buying sessions and handling administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of merchandising experience, strong analytical skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Outstanding communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers an hourly rate between USD $30.00 - $32.00 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, employee discounts, and retirement plans.

Work Arrangement & Additional Information
