The Louis Vuitton North Asia Internship Program offers an enriching and meaningful work experience within the luxury retail environment. This internship provides an opportunity to bridge academic theories with real-world business practices, actively contributing to the Maison’s success. Over 6 months, you will deepen your understanding of the luxury industry, gain exposure to various facets of our operations, and engage with seasoned experts.

You will embark on a structured journey, punctuated with orientation, training, mentorship, networking opportunities, and practical work projects to develop your skillset.

Job Responsibilities

Providing the essential foundations for Louis Vuitton’s organization and operation, the Information & Systems teams guarantee the Maison’s ability to interact and communicate with our clients, suppliers, and colleagues. The team's vision, enthusiasm, and problem-solving skills support our overall strategies, help all departments adapt to market changes, and allow us to anticipate the needs of our clients.

As an Intern - IT, you will work under the guidance and direction of the customer solutions application manager to become familiar with Louis Vuitton systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain an overall understanding of the omnichannel processes in the Maison, aiming to create a unified and seamless experience for our customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Support the planning and execution of innovative client-facing projects of the Maison
• Partner and collaborate with various business counterparts in project and change deliveries
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and progress reports
• Organize team meetings, workshops, and lead the UAT sessions

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail
• A problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Currently enrolled in a year 3 or 4 undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in software engineering or IT project management
• Knowledge of C++, Python, API, and Agile methodology
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship
• Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin are nice to have
• Authorized to work in Hong Kong without VISA sponsorship
