Job Responsibilities

As a Digital Operations Assistant at Louis Vuitton, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily eCommerce and omni-channel operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient processing. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, ready to contribute to Louis Vuitton's digital excellence.

Ecommerce Order Management

  • Support daily eCommerce order operations, including processing orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
  • Monitor order status and workflows on a daily basis, supporting smooth shipping and fulfillment processes.

Omni-channel Support

  • Monitor customer pick-up orders and follow up on uncollected orders through outbound communication.
  • Track store-sourced order status and support coordination with relevant teams to ensure timely processing.

Digital Project Assistance

  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for digital projects, including test execution, issue tracking, and follow-up.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing insights from recurring issues or complaints to support future planning and improvement efforts.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in eCommerce is essential.
  • Fluent in English mandatory for effective communication.
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint for data management and presentations.
  • Experience in luxury retail eCommerce operations is preferred.
  • Proactive in supporting problem-solving and process improvements.
  • Clear communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams are vital.
