About The Job
Louis Vuitton is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relations Intern to join our team based in New York City. This opportunity will focus on maintaining accurate client profiles and nominations through data consolidation, template creation, and process improvement initiatives. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to logistical event support, ensuring smooth communication with regional teams, and ad hoc projects.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client Nominations and Profiles
- Consolidate regional information and format Excel files and PPT profiles to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Complete, edit, and supplement content on client information to maintain up-to-date records
- Follow up with regions on client and guest looks to ensure timely and effective communication
- Create new nomination Excel and PPT templates to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Create folders for Events to facilitate collaboration and organization
Retrospective and Analytic Updates
- Update formulas on nominations templates to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Support regions on creating events in Events management to ensure successful event execution
- Clean and analyze client data
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Update and maintain event details to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Edit details and follow up with regions to ensure timely and effective communication
Logistics Support
- Order invitations for events and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare guidelines for regions to ensure clear understanding of event requirements and expectations
- Provide support as needed to ensure smooth operations and address client needs
Profile
Ideal applicants will have foundational experience in Retail, Client Relations, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required. We seek individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, skilled in time management, and eager to proactively contribute to successful project delivery.
Compensation
Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hourGraduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour
Criteria
- Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study
- Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
- We are open to full-time candidates with availability to start March 2026 for 6 months
- Legally authorized to work in the US
The position requires 4-5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
