The Team

Within our Digital & Client Development department, and more specifically in the Client Insights team, you will play a key role in transforming client data into strategic analyses and dashboards.

Job Responsibilities

Your Missions

• Collaborate closely with business specialists from various departments (Merchandising, Retail, etc.) to meet their client data analysis needs (collection, data audit, analysis).
• Define and track precise KPIs to measure engagement performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the client data team to define, develop, and industrialize the client BI and analytical capital, aiming to harmonize the use of client data by business teams.
• Lead the network of data analysts in various regions by facilitating data usage through training, support, and encouraging collaboration.
• Develop data visualizations to monitor performance.

Profile

Your Profile

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent University.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and SQL, ideally with client data, acquired in a Luxury/Retail context.
• You are recognized for your ability to collaborate with business teams.
• You have mastered data visualization.
• You possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your discourse to a non-technical audience.
• You demonstrate curiosity.
• You are fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken.
