Job Responsibilities

Louis Vuitton attracts millions of clients each year who are at the core of the Client Insights & Excellence team's strategy and research. Our role is to respond to ad-hoc analysis requests from various departments by extracting data and insights using SQL from the House's data platform. We act as the primary point of contact for dedicated business stakeholders, supporting all House teams in understanding client indicators. We also assist the BI team with non-regression testing and the production of client performance dashboards. We facilitate the development and adoption of client analytical tools with business and IT teams through specifications, UAT, user guide creation, and communication. We serve as ambassadors for Louis Vuitton's client development strategy. The client is at the heart of the House's strategy, and the department works holistically, in liaison with all teams, from top management to headquarters teams (Products, Top Clients, Retail, etc.), and with the Zones for support and guidance. Your role will be to extract data and insights to support the improvement of our clients' engagement with the brand and strengthen their loyalty. This role is highly educational, providing a comprehensive understanding of the House's global challenges through the client's perspective.

Analytical Role

  • Conduct studies on customer purchasing behavior across all business categories.
  • Key stakeholders include top management, Product, Digital & Retail teams, Private Client Relationship, Zones, etc.
  • Disseminate information through oral and written presentations.
  • Participate in Clienteling & CRM action plans to better target our clients, particularly through taskforces on priority topics.

Technical Role

  • Data crunching and data extraction (using SQL, PowerBI, and Cognos Studio).
  • Participate in client BI initiatives in partnership with BI Experts (integrated within the Insights team).

Project Management

  • Create documentation for analysis tools.
  • Facilitate the community of analysts in the Zones.

Profile

You are a Master 1 or 2 student, from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized statistics school, with an affinity for data analysis, research, or statistics. You demonstrate analytical rigor and are highly comfortable with numerical data. You are proficient in SQL or another programming language, or you use data output software (like Studio); knowledge of BI tools (such as Power BI) would be a plus. You have a good level of English, which is mandatory. You possess strategic and synthetic thinking, along with a good business understanding.
